Terms of service

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop stitchplease.ch or the Instagram profile of the same name, operated by:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

A contract is concluded as soon as the Seller confirms the order by email or begins production or shipment of the goods.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs).

Unless otherwise stated, prices are:

  • inclusive of statutory value-added tax (if applicable)

  • exclusive of shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.

4. Payment Terms

The following payment methods are available in the online shop:

  • TWINT

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna (if activated)

  • other payment methods displayed in the shop

Payment is charged at the time the order is placed.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Shipping is currently limited to Switzerland only.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times:

  • The stated delivery times are estimates.

  • For personalised products, an additional production time applies before shipping.

International shipping may be possible upon prior request via
info@stitchplease.ch.

The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping service providers or force majeure.

6. Personalised Products

Products manufactured according to individual customer specifications (e.g. name, text, logo, font, placement) are considered personalised products.

The following applies:

  • Minor deviations in colour, embroidery placement, or appearance are possible and do not constitute a defect.

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personalisation details provided.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion for personalised products

Personalised products are excluded from exchange and return.

Non-personalised products

For non-personalised products, the following applies:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Worn, damaged, or soiled items are excluded from return.

8. Defects & Liability

Any obvious defects must be reported to the Seller in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

Liability is limited to gross negligence and intent. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available on the website stitchplease.ch.

11. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is Baden (AG), unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

12. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
